Rule 701-72.11 - Special examinations

The conference board of the city or county in which a special examination is held shall reimburse the department for all expenses incurred in the administration of the examination. In determining the amount of reimbursement, the director shall take into consideration the costs of traveling to and from the examination site, meals and lodging, if any, for the monitor administering the examination, the costs of preparing and grading the examinations, and the salary of the monitor during the time expended on the examination.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 4415. to 4417..
