A company employing certified UST compliance inspectors shall be registered with the department as a certified UST compliance company. A company shall lose its certification if it fails to employ at least one certified inspector or if it employs uncertified individuals to do compliance inspections required by the department. The initial and biennial renewal certification fee is $200.
