Rule 567-134.12 - Professional liability insurance requirements

All certified compliance inspectors are required to have professional liability insurance with minimum liability limits of $1 million per occurrence and in the aggregate. All persons covered by the certification provisions of this chapter shall provide written proof of coverage upon request of the department.
