Rule 481-51.29 - Specialized hospitals

A specialized hospital shall meet the requirements for a general hospital. The diagnosis, treatment or care at a specialized hospital shall be administered by or performed under the direction of persons especially qualified in the diagnosis and treatment of the particular illness, injury, or infirmity.
