Rule 481-51.28 - Rural emergency hospitals

Rural emergency hospitals shall meet the federal conditions of participation for rural emergency hospitals, as set forth in 42 CFR Part 485, Subpart E, as amended to January 1, 2023, and any federal interpretive guidelines. The requirements of this chapter applicable to hospitals are generally applicable to rural emergency hospitals unless compliance would be inconsistent with 42 CFR Part 485, Subpart E, as amended to January 1, 2023, and any federal interpretive guidelines.
