Rule 441-99.88 - Effective date of modification

Unless subject to court action or reconciliation of multiple Iowa orders, the new obligation shall be effective on the first date that the periodic payment is due under the order being modified after the unit files the modification order with the court. If the modification is based on a reserved, zero-dollar-amount, or medical-provisions-only obligation, the new obligation shall be effective 20 days after generation of the administrative modification order
