Each system must ensure, for each infant or toddler with a disability and the infant's or toddler's family in the state, that an IFSP, as defined in rule 281-120.20 ( 34CFR303 ), is developed and implemented that satisfies rules 281-120.340 ( 34CFR303 ) through 281-120.345 ( 34CFR303 ), and that includes service coordination services, as defined in rule 281-120.34 ( 34CFR303 ).
