Each system must ensure, for each infant or toddler with a disability and the infant's or toddler's family in the state, that an IFSP, as defined in rule 281-120.20 ( 34CFR303), is developed and implemented that satisfies rules 281-120.340 ( 34CFR303) through 281-120.345 ( 34CFR303), and that includes service coordination services, as defined in rule 281-120.34 ( 34CFR303 ).
