Rule 281-120.113 - Evaluation, assessment, and nondiscriminatory procedures
(1)General. Subject to subrule 120.113(2), each system must ensure the performance of the following:
a. A timely, comprehensive, multidisciplinary evaluation of the functioning of each infant or toddler with a disability in the state; and
b. A family-directed identification of the needs of the family of the infant or toddler to assist appropriately in the development of the infant or toddler.
(2)Rule of construction. The evaluation and family-directed identification required in subrule 120.113(1) must satisfy rule 281-120.321 ( 34CFR303 ).
