Rule 21-76.5 - Custom/exempt facilities sanitation standard operating procedures

Iowa inspected custom/exempt facilities shall develop and implement a sanitation standard operating procedure (SSOP) in a manner consistent with Section 416.12, Title 9, Chapter III, Code of Federal Regulations.

This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 189A.3 and 189A.7(8).
