Persons making pesticide use reCornmendations shall be familiar with the safe and proper use of each pesticide for which reCornmendations are made and shall not make any reCornmendations which are contrary to label instructions. The employer or licensee shall be responsible for all pesticide use reCornmendations made by their employees which are contrary to label instructions.
This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code sections 206.2, 206.4, 206.5, 206.6, 206.7 and 206.31.
