Electronic filing is mandatory, unless specifically excepted by these rules or the commission. The commission will accept filings electronically pursuant to the rules in this chapter and the commission's published standards for electronic information, available on the commission's website (iuc.iowa.gov) or from the commission's customer service bureau, or as delineated in the commission order or other official statement requiring those filings.
