Rule 191-90.24 - [Effective until 4/24/2024] Severability

If any rule or portion of a rule of this chapter or its applicability to any person or circumstance is held invalid by a court, the remainder of the rules or the applicability of the provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected.
