Rule 191-90.23 - [Effective 4/24/2024] Nondiscrimination

A licensee shall not unfairly discriminate against any consumer or customer because that consumer or customer has opted out from the disclosure of the consumer's or customer's nonpublic personal financial information pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
