Rule 11-7.7 - Waiver of procedures

Unless otherwise precluded by law, the parties in a contested case proceeding may waive any provision of this chapter pursuant to Iowa Code section 17A.10. However, the department in its discretion may refuse to give effect to such a waiver when it deems the waiver to be inconsistent with the public interest.
