Section 915 IAC 2-1-6 - "Maintenance charge" defined

Sec. 6.

"Maintenance charge" means the amount the resident is required to pay for his or her stay at the home, which is established under IC 10-17-9-11. The term is also known as the daily room rate. The maintenance charge will be less than or equal to the maintenance costs for the applicant or resident.
