Section 915 IAC 2-1-5 - "Legal representative" defined

Authority: IC 10-17-9-7; IC 16-19-3-5

Affected: IC 10-17-9; IC 16-19-3; IC 16-36-1-5

Sec. 5.

"Legal representative" means a person who is:

(1) a guardian;

(2) a health care representative;

(3) an attorney in fact; or

(4) a person authorized by IC 16-36-1-5 to give health care consent.
