Section 879 IAC 1-6-3 - Course records

Sec. 3.

Each approved licensing education or continuing education course provider must maintain records of students who successfully complete the course of study for a minimum of seven (7) years. The records must include the following:

(1) Attendance records.

(2) Course material evaluations.

(3) Instructor and course evaluations.

(4) Duplicate copies of completion certificates or the ability to reproduce duplicate completion certificates.
