Section 876 IAC 8-1-10 - Referral service participation; written agreement

Sec. 10.

A broker company may participate in a referral service, or a franchise that provides a referral service, provided the participating broker company possesses a written agreement with the client and has a written agreement with the cooperating broker or brokers as to the fees to be paid.
