Sec. 6.
"Vendor" means a contracted party that is providing services to the entity that is running a take back program established under this article. A vendor can perform any of the services that are part of the program so long as those services are defined in the contract established between that vendor and the entity. The vendor assumes the liabilities and responsibilities as established in the contract and policies and procedures that apply in each relationship.
