Sec. 5.
"Entities" shall mean those licensed facilities that are eligible to run a legal take back program under Indiana law. Licensed facilities included in this definition are all pharmacies licensed under IC 25-26 listed as active and in good standing and healthcare facilities licensed under IC 16-28 listed as active and in good standing.
