Section 844 IAC 11-4-3 - Information to patient

Sec. 3.

A respiratory care practitioner under the direct supervision of a physician shall give a truthful, candid, and reasonably complete account of the patient's specific treatment of the respiratory care condition to the patient or to those responsible for the patient's care.
