Section 844 IAC 11-4-2 - Confidentiality

Sec. 2.

A respiratory care practitioner shall maintain the confidentiality of all knowledge and information regarding a patient and all records relating to the patient. Information and records about a patient shall be disclosed by a practitioner when required by law.
