Section 832 IAC 7-2-9 - Consumer protection fund disclosure

Sec. 9.

A seller shall not:

(1) use;

(2) employ;

(3) advertise;

(4) market; or

(5) otherwise solicit;

the sale of services or merchandise in such a manner as to publicize the existence of the Preneed Consumer Protection Fund in the promotion of such sale or attempted sale of a preneed contract.
