Section 832 IAC 7-2-10 - Excess funds; IC 30-2-10 trust

Sec. 10.

Funeral director sellers required to employ a trust or escrow authorized by IC 30-2-10 shall compute any excess or refund amount on the difference between the seller's retail price at the time of delivery and the proceeds available from the funding mechanism employed to fund the contract.
