Section 75 IAC 4-1-14 - "Designee" defined

Sec. 14.

"Designee" refers to any person, including an employee, to which a dealer or manufacturer has granted the use of a vehicle, under IC 9-32-6-9, in the dealer's or manufacturer's inventory displaying a dealer-new, dealer-used, or manufacturer registration plate.
