Section 75 IAC 4-1-13 - "Dealer plate" defined

Sec. 13.

"Dealer plate" means a classification of metal registration plates issued by the secretary of state to a licensed dealer, manufacturer, converter manufacturer, distributor, transfer dealer, wholesale dealer, automobile auctioneer, or broker.
