Section 71 IAC 3.5-1-9 - Appointment of substitute steward

Sec. 9.

Should any steward be absent at race time, the remaining stewards shall appoint a deputy for the absent steward. If a deputy steward is appointed, the commission shall be notified immediately by the stewards.
