Section 71 IAC 3.5-1-10 - Racing Officials Accreditation Program stewards accreditation

Sec. 10.

The commission shall appoint stewards, all of whom shall be employees of the commission. To qualify for appointment as a steward, the appointee shall be accredited as a racing official by the Racing Officials Accreditation Program administered by the Universities of Arizona and Louisville. Exceptions for emergencies may be permitted.
