Section 68 IAC 26-9-2 - Retention of game participant complaints and game operator responses

Sec. 2.

All complaints received by a game operator from a game participant and the game operator's responses to complaints shall be retained for at least three (3) years and made available to the commission within ten (10) business days of any request by the commission.
