Sec. 1.
(a) A game operator shall develop and publish procedures by which a game participant may file a complaint with the game operator by Internet chat, in writing, or by other means, about any aspect of a paid fantasy sports game.(b) A game operator shall respond to such complaints in writing within thirty (30) business days.
