Section 68 IAC 1-8-4 - Notice of intention to seek variances or waivers

Sec. 4.

A casino licensee or an applicant for a casino license may not obtain a variance from a statute or rule concerning facility safety or accessibility without providing the executive director with a notice of its intention to seek the variance no less than fourteen (14) days prior to presenting the request for the variance to the official or governing body empowered to make a final decision on the request.
