Section 68 IAC 1-8-2 - Compliance with other requirements

Sec. 2.

The facilities used by a casino licensee or proposed by a casino license applicant to support casino gambling operations shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with the applicable federal, state, and local statutes, rules, and regulations, including, but not limited to, those pertaining to safety and accessibility.
