Section 65 IAC 1-1-11 - Selection of other officers

Sec. 11.

The director may select a secretary and such other assistants and other officers as the director may decide upon to serve at the pleasure of the director and to perform the functions determined by the director to be in the best interests of the commission, including, but not limited to, attesting to the execution of documents by the commission or the director. The secretary may, but need not, be a commissioner.
