Section 65 IAC 1-1-10 - Vice chair

Sec. 10.

The chair may appoint a vice chair who shall preside at meetings of the commission when the chair is not present. If no vice chair is appointed by the chair, the director shall preside at meetings of the commission when the chair is not present.
