Section 646 IAC 5-6-8 - Employee discounts on purchases

Sec. 8.

Discounts allowed employees on the purchase of goods from the employer are not wages if the:

(1) purchase is optional for the employee; and

(2) discounts do not constitute regular or systematic remuneration for services rendered.
