Section 646 IAC 5-6-7 - Idle time payments

Sec. 7.

Where an employer:

(1) guarantees employees a minimum number of hours of employment per week; and

(2) makes payments to them for idle time when they do not render services for the minimum number of hours; the payment for the idle time constitutes wages subject to contribution.
