Section 560 IAC 2-5-2 - Provision of information and documents

Sec. 2.

(a) Every school employer and exclusive representative shall timely submit any documents or information required by the board or the executive director, as permitted by law.
(b) The documents and information required to be submitted shall be communicated to school employers electronically, and posted on the board's website.
