Section 560 IAC 2-5-1 - Collective bargaining agreements; filing

Sec. 1.

Every school employer entering into a written collective bargaining agreement with an exclusive representative shall file a ratified copy of the collective bargaining agreement with the board consistent with 560 IAC 2-8-2.
