Section 511 IAC 7-32-32 - "Educational surrogate parent" defined

Sec. 32.

"Educational surrogate parent" means a person appointed to represent a student with a disability in matters relating to the provision of a free appropriate public education, including the following:

(1) Identification.

(2) Evaluation.

(3) Placement.

An educational surrogate parent is appointed in accordance with 511 IAC 7-39.
