Sec. 3.
(a) The child find system shall include procedures to be used by primary referral sources for referring a child to the local SPOE within the early intervention system for: (1) eligibility determination for needed services and assessment; or(2) as appropriate, the provision of early intervention services, including development of the initial or interim IFSP as described in 470 IAC 3.1-9.(b) The LPCC shall establish a system of communication and coordination among participating agencies and other persons and entities within the community serving young children to form a referral network.
