Section 465 IAC 4-2-26 - Child care and supervision

Sec. 26.

The department will not be responsible for monitoring the guardian's care and supervision of the child during the time the guardianship assistance agreement is in effect, or for providing any services to the child, except as provided in this rule or in the guardianship assistance agreement.
