Sec. 25.
The department may provide to the guardian, at the time the guardianship assistance agreement is approved, information concerning resources that may be available to the guardian or child through the department or other community agencies, to assist the guardian in providing for the child's physical, mental, psychological, educational, and other needs appropriate to the child's development and transition to adult status and independent living.
