Section 460 IAC 6-5-23 - Rent and food for unrelated live-in caregiver supports provider qualifications

Sec. 23.

To be approved to provide rent and food for unrelated live-in caregiver supports, an applicant shall be approved to provide:

(1) community habilitation and participation services; or
(2) residential habilitation and support services; under this article.
