Section 460 IAC 6-5-22 - Recreational therapy services provider qualifications

Sec. 22.

(a) To be approved to provide recreational therapy services, an applicant shall be certified by the national council for therapeutic recreation certification.
(b) To be approved to provide recreational therapy services, an entity shall certify that, if approved, the entity will provide recreational therapy services using only persons who meet the qualifications set out in this section.
