Section 410 IAC 7-24-42 - "Grade A standards" defined

Sec. 42.

"Grade A standards" means the requirements of the United States Public Health Service, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Grade A Pasteurized Milk Ordinance and Grade A Condensed and Dry Milk Ordinance with which certain fluid and dry milk and milk products comply.
