Section 410 IAC 7-24-359 - Enclosed system; sloped to drain

Sec. 359.

(a) A mobile water tank shall be as follows:

(1) Enclosed from the filling inlet to the discharge outlet.

(2) Sloped to an outlet that allows complete drainage of the tank.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
