Section 410 IAC 7-24-197 - Time and temperature control of frozen food

Sec. 197.

(a) Stored frozen foods shall be maintained frozen and should be stored at zero (0) degrees Fahrenheit.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
