Section 410 IAC 7-21-20 - "Low-acid food" defined

Sec. 20.

"Low-acid food" means any food, other than alcoholic beverages, with a finished equilibrium pH greater than 4.6 and a water activity (a_w) greater than eighty-five hundredths (0.85).
