Section 410 IAC 16.2-1.1-11.5 - "Cognitive" defined

Sec. 11.5.

"Cognitive" means a person's ability:

(1) for short and long term memory or recall;

(2) to make decisions regarding the tasks of daily living; and

(3) to make self understood.
