Section 410 IAC 16.2-1.1-11 - "Children" defined

Sec. 11.

"Children" means individuals who are:

(1) less than eighteen (18) years of age; or

(2) at least eighteen (18) years of age who continue to be enrolled in a kindergarten through grade 12 school.
